Remove banned members

Move any and all banned members from the top posters, most repped, etc.

I think only @Hope should be removed from Top Posters because @Lyrics and @Random are not perm-banned and will be returning when their ban is over. I don't see any banned members in most repped or anything though

Still they shouldn't be recognized for any reason while under a ban. And it makes the site look cleaner.
