Remove groups

I've been in web-mastering for multiple year, making forums for others and even myself. Groups a this stage where the member count is under 5,000 is a bad choice. Adding too much to the site can make it messy for people who actually look for something in the forum and right now there are not many members that are able to post in every section. I say we wait until at the LEAST 2,500 members join the forum before making groups.
