Remove Pardon Requests and Rule

This system just should not have been implemented at all. I'm not exactly sure when because I was banned (not for scamming) but, when I was here everything was fine and well because no scammers were coming back. They'd only be multi-accounting most of the time which is an easy concept to grasp, you're probably not going to want to do deal with such member until he gets himself up there with market credit. That is the sad truth for any newer user watching. You're going to have to get involved a bit in order to find yourself comfortably making it on the site's marketplace.

Honestly, it's the same thing repeated. Hello - I was banned offsite and would like to come back. Hello - I am sorry for scamming (which 9/10 out of f*cking 10 this is untrue..) and what not. If you really were sorry, you should NOT have done the said scam to begin with. This is an obvious understanding for many other situations such as robbing someone of their personal belonging.

With that all being said I vote to remove the pardon request section, the ban dispute is totally alright, and also remove the rule of scamming on-site/offsite to where either or will get you a ban.

Poop will probably reply here countering me, but all I'm going to say is, I haven't seen him make a deal since scamming. Maybe he has but I haven't seen one.

Actually I'm pretty good friends with all 3. Phenom and Doctor I have done deals with after they returned and before when they both were banned. Deals went fine.

I've done like 10 deals since being back. I have even had multiple members go first to me including a moderator.

And if the section is removed, does everyone that was accepted to be back get banned again?

No, honestly the members who were brought back can stay. From here on all other scammers be banned. That is fair, no one should be committing the act in the first place.

Well I just think the pardon rules have to be way more strict then they are right now. As long as the ones that were already accepted don't get banned, I wouldn't mind this.

No. The pardon requests have been successful so far. They must repay what they've scammed, so it's a plus for everyone. The rules do need to be expanded a bit, but its understandable why they haven't. Everyone needs to quit your bitching and deal more safely under your circumstances. You can't hold forumkorner responsible for your own mistakes. It takes 10 seconds to ask for a PM and ta-da it's onsite. Hard concept, I know.

Or, I thought of something. Instead of pardon requests and just a simple ban - where multi-accounting ensues, they should simply be put into the Deal with Caution group.

Well it ties back in to what I said earlier. Scammers probably should be let into the DWC group instead, it's a lot more humiliating especially on the spot after the occurrence.

Also, pardon requests are specifically for scams. Ban disputes are what you're thinking of.
