Remove post flood time.

I'm suggesting that the flood time is removed for Power members. Why? Because it's annoying having to wait a certain time until posting again. I think it's fair to at least remove this rule for Power users. This may even give a lot of members a reason to upgrade.

I'd agree with this. Or to insure that dedicated bots don't come, upgrade to Onyx and then to Power, and spam the shit out of the forums, You could make this for Power+ members only, as it takes 1000 posts to be able to have Power, as well as 2 previous upgrades. The 3 total upgrades and than getting banned for being a spam bot would at least support the forum $ wise.

Maybe you're right, but some users would respect it. If it is abused, warnings should be given. I know many users that wouldn't take advantage of this, I sure wouldn't.

I would propose an alternative and suggest a cutdown on waiting times from 30 seconds to 15 or 20. It is not that hard to card membership if you really want to destroy a site though. Luckily FK does not have too many spammers/people promoting other sites, but with no post time someone could easily post 100 threads in the middle of the night without many people noticing. A cut down would be alright, but is it really that hard to wait 30 seconds?

Another thing with the cutdown on wait time is that it only helps people spam their post counts up. You see all these threads/contests with members giving an item or award every 100-500 posts and it just makes the site look skiddy, not going to lie.

I would agree on cutdowns with ranks that require certain forum requirements (like power+), but I would not agree with them for onyx/power members. I wonder how successful this would be if implemented on site, would be interesting. If this was to happen I would suggest mods/admins pay close attention to the quality of posts by these members so they are just not completely raping their post count in order to boost their site image.

I wouldn't have a problem with it being for Power+, I was just making the suggestion. If Philly feels like making it for Power+ only, then so be it.

Onyx, Koins, and Power+ don't have a lot of benefit. Just a few small rewards. It would be good to have like colored usertitles and stuff.
