Remove report button in Spamming and Trolling

I guarantee that staff will appreciate this a lot.

I'd bet that every report-contributing member has accidentally reported posts in S&T quite a few times, and it would remove spam reports that just clog up the system.

This is an extremely easy to do, practical idea that requires the same amount of work that it took to take out the add kudos button from S&T.

What do you think? I bet @Beware and @Hope would appreciate this due to my accidental reporting.

Well, this is why this is a suggestion. Doesn't mean it's the perfect solution to FK reporting, and if someone is being harrassed it's easy to hit up private inquiries.
