Remove userbar templates.

It's not fair to users that paid for their own group but can't even use a userbar that they want. I don't really think that's cool. Maybe some users like it, and it's easier for users to create something simple for their group but I'm sure the paid usergroup userbars should be unique and not similar in any sort of way.

Just an opinion of mine, if you agree, you agree. If you disagree, you disagree.

It's not fair though. The benefits of paying for a group is to have your own UB. You need to follow a certain template for it to be accepted? No. I don't know, it's whatever though.

How would removing the templates make the site looks worse? All it does is let people do whatever they want with their userbars.

It would make FK look unorganized if we were to have groups with different shaped userbars. The ones we have now are generally similar, yet you can tell the difference.
