It's not much of a glitch the user simply hit the "Update Rating" button several times.

When you double click a button on nearly any website not just mybb it sends out as many requests as you hit. In a sense it is a glitch but the only way to stop it is to not allow the double clicking/double repping/double posting, which is against our rules.

I think such reps should be reported pretty much since they are against the rules.
