rep question

hi, jw. i have only been able to rep 1 person p day since i upgraded. i see everyone else repping a lot more, and am wondering if theres a reason or if its an acc glitch. if i try repping more often it says "error you have already given out as much rep as you can today" is there a way to fix this?

You should be able to rep more often considering your Power+
Maybe a glitch.
