Rep Suggestion

Okay so something that I really don't like about rep here on FK is how when a user that has neg repped you gets banned the rep stays there. I don't if this has been brought up before and if so I apologize but do you think something could be implemented that removes the rep that users have given once they are banned, both positive and negative to keep it legit.

Idk maybe I'm out of line and this is a stupid suggestion, or maybe I'm just a repwhore. Let me know something

It has been brought up, if the member has a valid reputation then it stays no matter what.

If you can come up with a good enough excuse/reason for it to be removed, than yes it's possible.

I wouldn't say rep is completely useless. Yeah, the number doesn't matter but the description that you are given matters. Before I deal with someone I always check their rep to look for DWC's or good reviews.

No thanks. All but one of my negative reps are banned. Gotta keep 'em to spice things up. Really though, this would be annoying. Their opinion should still be valid. If it's an invalid reputation report it to staff.

Lol @Almighty negged me because I called him a dumbass and basically told him hes a random for trying to tell me what was going to happen when it wasnt, and sure enough nothing ever happend to my account still have it and everything on it.
