I have two suggestions about rep.

1. That rep given from banned users is removed (somehow). This is because rep given from banned users isn't valid anymore. That user was banned for a reason and shouldn't have any use on the site anymore.

2. That rep cannot be removed. I'm saying this because of people who get their rep removed. Yes I am talking about Kev. The staff are too kind and remove kids rep. I don't know if it's only Kev or if other people do it too. But I believe that the staff should not be allowed to remove neg rep from users unless they are rep fucked.

That's just what I believe should be implemented in this site.
 
I agree, because everyone thinks if you got high rep your trusted but not really. For all of us noobies
 
I hate thought about the whole rep getting removed after someone is banned however I never was too fond about implementin it. Maybe one day but I just don't know. As for reps getting removed they are only removed when they are breaking a rule.

if they were to remove rep from banned members i would lose a few points though
as for.. only deleting rep fuck rep i like that alot
 
Philly Jimmy seems to remove his rep all the time. Maybe you should have a talk with him

Honestly I only put it because you remove it. LOL! if you were to just leave it on for a week I would probably end up giving you a + rep

The first time you gave me, it said, get neg repped.
 
I completely disagree. These are terrible ideas, in my honest opinion.

Banned users are banned because they broke the rules, not because they gave an invalid opinion when giving someone rep. Their opinions should still count.

As for rep never getting removed after it being added, that will never happen.
Rep will only get removed if you break the rules while giving someone rep.
 
Rep should be able to be deleted. Something that determines your success on a business forum should never be able to be thrown around and abused the way it is. I've gotten rep from random ppl for something I never did or that they over reacted on. Fuck yeah I got it deleted too
 
You should have one strict person like "Judge Dredd on HF" that deals with rep and the owner to of course.
