And on FK, you cant rep a post. thought id tell you guys.

Reputation from posts is a core MyBB feature. Althought it's disabled but it still shows, as a Coded part of default MyBB Software. It's not a bug. I hope this clears it.

As far as I look at it, it looks disabled to stop it being abused.

Actually, there's a really easy fix for this. Just a tiny bit of skin editing, nothing else.
ACP > Templates & Style > Templates > (Your Theme's Name) Templates > Reputation Templates > reputation.

Find this:

<strong>{$lang->reputation_members} {$rep_members}</strong><br />
	<strong>{$lang->reputation_posts} {$rep_posts}</strong><br />

Replace with this:

<strong>{$lang->reputation_members} {$rep_members}</strong><br />
<!--	<strong>{$lang->reputation_posts} {$rep_posts}</strong><br /> -->

Voila.

This will have to be sorted by admin staff, but like I said as far as I have got it's disable to stop abuse.

There is no need to enable it. It's a core feature which is just disabled. But it still shows. And, it's disabled to prevent abuse like McLovin said.
