This would be cool but not a necessity,
Just tell the user the title is misleading.
If he begins to argue, don't be a child and reply.
Report the thread to your online moderator.

This is true, but you go through a lot of work to do this :/

Not much different from reporting it.

And then contacting the moderator as well. not only that, but waiting for response from the user who posted the thread.
