Reporting Private Messages?

Hi. A user who goes by the name of "Cas" recently modified my reputation (-10) and left a note stating that I was a "worthless imbecile" and that autism was no "laughing matter" - inferring that I've been joking about my autism (which I have officially been diagnosed with).

I found this to be a bit rude, but I nonetheless approached the matter calmly and reported the note citing it as harassment and reputation abuse. I then proceeded to send him a private message to figure out why he thought I was kidding about having it.

I personally do not find autism jokes super offensive, but I do feel that the people with lower functioning autism are unfortunate and insults towards that particular group of people are unacceptable..

Anyway, he asked me for my medical records (uhh) and then told me to hang myself.

I wanted to know if there was any way to report private messages (like how posts are reported). If not, what can I do? Do I PM a staff member?

Hang yourself or hang yourself by your feet? Post the actual PM. I can say I'm autistic, doesn't make it true, hence me asking for legitimate proof.

Not sure why you need "legitimate proof" as I don't believe I've given you (or anyone for that matter) a solid reason for you to suspect me of faking my condition. It seems to me like your reputation abuse was a clear, and rather poor, attempt at trolling.

If it were in that sense, "rather poor" wouldn't properly justify it as you've been messaging me for the past half an hour trying to oppose me.

I'm aware and I couldn't care less about whether or not you did, or about anyone who does. Swell.
