Hello everyone i have a suggestion

I suggest that all old user names including banned ones be opened up so other users can have that name. When trying to find a new username i found that alot were taken by either banned members or inactive ones. I suggest deleting all inactive and banned accounts and opening up the names. I hope this action is taken thanks.
