Reputation Bars

I agree, when I first came to this site and looked over to the profiles of a member, I was rather confused on why there were bars instead of reputation points/numbers. When a member is in the red zone, it just shows 1 red brick. Looks stupid and just doesn't fit with the idea behind the reputation system. It's impractical to hover over to see the number, or click their profile, instead of just looking and seeing the number on their posts while you are posting or whatever.

I've seen a lot of good suggestions and lots of support, yet nothing is done about them. That makes little to no sense, it's a community. If Philly doesn't want to add something, the least he can do is give a valid reason why the community is wrong with the suggestion and why it wouldn't be logical to add to the forum itself. None the less, I'm just a member in the cyber world of ForumKorner, hopefully this gets changed. You got my support.

they will not be removed I might change them up a little by making it a bar each 100 reps. But they wont be removed. Something unique to FK rather than being exactly like every other mybb forums rep.

It is a public plugin so it is nothing unique.

But yeah Philly change it to 1 bar for every 100 rep.

But then what about people with like 60 rep. Will they not have a bar?

They will still have 1 bar.
 
I would like the negatives to go 100 per bar as well, that way when i can get everyone to NEG rep me, and i get over 1000 it shows all red bars, it would look sexy as fuck =)

Just go with the numbers bro it's much more simple and everyone wants it.

I've seen a lot of Forums with the bars so it's not really "unique"

forumkorner.org uses the fucking rep bars now remove them philly!

I don't believe any other forum uses them because they are impractical, like I said in my other post. I understand it may be unique to use, but that is only because it's not that great of a plug in.

As you can see most of the members that have posted on this thread don't want this, they want the old fashion, common numbers. It's your form though, I'm just pointing something out. Your idea to the 100 bars = 1 brick idea though would make it a little better, I agree. I'd rather that if you're not going to change it to the numbers.
 
It is annoying hovering over, although I think it's kinda cool with the bars.

@Philly Isn't Forum Korner a community? And From what I am seeing, most of the community wants the numbers instead of bars. It might be unique and all, but numbers will be more simple.
