Reputation Bars

I am suggesting that we remove reputation bars. They look ugly and not clean imo. Just my thoughts.

Replace it with something like this:

Id have to disagree partially. I think we should keep it, and possibly just have a different color depending on rep to change things up, or maybe just put a number instead of the bars.
