Reputation Bug?

A few of my buddies who suggested me to come here tried leaving me rep and it doesnt work.

Like they said they can type the message and everything but once they click the submit or whatever it wont let them..

Something wrong with my account or?

Nah, they said that they can click that.. But after they type out the message etc they cant enter it or whatever lol
