Reputation Glitch

I was going through all the users who I have given negative reputation to today as that's something I do often to make sure it hasn't been deleted and I noticed something odd in @'Jimmy''s reputation. It seems that @'Gr33d' somehow had given reputation to @'Jimmy' twice. Now, I'm just saying something is wrong here and it needs to be fixed so this doesn't happen again.

Someone made a tutorial somewhere on how to do this. I've seen multiple times where two reps are given from one member.

But yeah this happens on heaps of forums, someone gave me about 20 reps on one site a while ago.

No. It's +2 or -2 as in Power+ can give +15 or -15.

I assumed it was twice because I saw people with multiple reps. +2 is pretty useless.
