Reputation Removal Suggestion

I'm recommending to extenuate the current parameters of removing rep to the reputations given by, now, banned members.
Reasons:
1. Banned members tend to give negbacks to a lot of loyal members right before they get banned.
2. If they're banned, they clearly and indubitably lack a center of morality and superego.
3. If they're banned, they deserve absolutely nothing, and they should have the right to absolutely nothing.
4. They shouldn't have the right to leave any further undesirable presence after they have been removed from the site.

I have mixed feelings about this, mainly because just because they are banned doesn't mean their opinion doesn't matter. However why not doing something like this:

Said banned member leaves you reputation either good or bad.
That reputation point is there but is not counted towards your reputation total.

I have seen this done before, not going to say where but I actually didn't mind that since they are no longer part of the community so their reputation points themselves don't count, but their opinion is still there (if it doesn't break any rules.)

If you get neg repped for a valid reason why should it be removed? If you're a dick or you have a reason to get a neg, and its a viable reason, that rep should stick with you regardless.

I like @dissociation 's idea, just make the banned personals rep turn into a neutral rep.

I'm saying if an account is banned for one thing, that any other abuse of the rules should be looked at and delt with appropriately.

In your hypothetical argument, why would the "dick" be the member currently unbanned, and the "non-dick" be the member banned.

My suggestion leaves no work to be done in mybb (but takes the time from moderators), while other ideas require time and mybb work to be done (takes time from Philly).

If you want your neg to stay, then just don't get banned. That should be enough.

You can only get rep removed if there is a false accusation of scamming in the rep. That is the only way to get a reputation removed as of now.
