reputation system cuz of the trolls on the internet

I think the reputation system should be like this:

normal users not-sponsor/rg.elite shouldn't be allowed to -rep, just neutral or +1.

Because i notice alot of trolls, I think this should be changed. It's basicly like HF where you can't, unless your ub3r member, -rep.

its not about him bro, I see this going around alot but it's just not fair I think towards the rg.elite/sponsors to get trolled all day by leechers/newcomers

If someone gives you -rep, it's not an incentive to go and suggest they shouldn't be able to repute others. Reputation is an opinion, and people should be free to give their opinion. You negative reputed him, if you want yours gone, I recommend you contact him and attempt to get it removed.

lol, I wanted to try this but saw on someone else's rep that others called them "a stupid begger" or something, so yea..

It's not a problem at all, i dont give a damn about it if its in this state because it doesnt mean anything. All im saying the whole reputation system is not good, it doesnt mean anything anymore. Most newcomers seen around just use the system for what its not meant, but once they get more in touch with the community they'll give quality rep's. Also it's motivating to make a contribution to rg like elite/sponsor if they get more privileges. It's an opinion, yes, but if 99% of the new registered guys doesnt use it properly it should be changed.

That's a good point either some people (yes,also sponsors/elites) act like a complete dick towards ppl/new people on rep's.

How isn't it being used properly? It's reputation, it's being used exactly as it's meant. Someone doesn't like someone, they negative rep, someone likes someone, they positive rep.

Yeah but then you get kids who hang around for a week, decide they don't like you so they neg, and never show their faces again.

Just ignore the reputation system, is only here to keep 12 year olds from hackforums happy.

Your good guy, shouldnt care about random people in the forums.

Also I think the reputation system should stay as is. Rep doesn't really mean anything. To me it's just a pretty number next
to your name.

Lol no.. Im a normal member on HF and I've done shitloads for members such as give aways, help with ratting and what not, and I've got like no rep because Im not ub3r, therefor if someone can't get rep back then they dont bother to rep someone.

I find this hilarious, It's just reputation If you get rep abused just contact Oxide. Simple as that no harm gained I swear to god I find this funny at times. I don't see what's the big problem it's just a -1 or a +1? It's not worse than having everyone have -5 and +5. :sunglasses_3:
