can someone help me and explain how the rep works. i mean do you get rep after like 100 posts or do you have to gain it because i managed to give a negative rep when i have 0 rep all together? it really confused me

You get rep when you deserve it. When you helped someone, when you made a legit trade, etc.

You can give rep (as example): Go to the profile (example: http://runegear.net/member.php?action=profile&uid=2372). You will see "Reputation: 2 [Details [Rate]". If you wanna give reputation just hit Rate fill in how much. In your case +1 or -1. If you are an upgraded member +3 or -3.

i understand that thanks however i get confused i mean can someone who has 0 rep give you positive rep? and i have bought membership just waiting for it

Yeah anyone can give someone else reputation. I think people who have upgraded can give +3 and -3 though.

ohhhh. but couldn't this lead to like some people creating a account and just giving them selfs rep?

I don't think you will able to reach Administrator. Change your goal to Moderator, Administrator is managing the forum and Moderator is managing the threads and posts.
