[Request] Custom URL Vine

Hi bosses, I'd like to get into making small Vine edits but apparently I can't use a Custom URL since I don't meet their requirements. Just wondering if anybody happens to have an account with the Custom URL feature available that they'd be willing to give me please? There's a 30 day wait or something and I don't want to wait because that's boring and dumb like me.
