well I don't want to start an argument or anything but you did say "you must actually know how to do this. not some random." so I just wanted to let you know that many "randoms" outside of FK do, in fact, know how to refund on amazon. glws

not arguing, just looking for someone to do the service as I haven't got time. When I say a random I mean someone who thinks they know what their doing but they don't - not as in the way you're mentioning

Amazon is actually harder to refund than they were a month or two ago, they updated their policy. So make sure you find someone that knows what they're doing.
