Requesting 'MyBB' help

Basically, I have no idea how to work 'MyBB'. For example, I don't know how to do the following things..

- Remove awards from a user or just the award in general
- Implement a new method for alerts
- Edit icons for the sections

So I need to talk to someone who has experience in this department. If you do not have skype, aim or any easy way of conversation through laptop, please don't contact me about this. I would really appreciate the help, thanks.
