So this guy's little sister has Rett Syndrome which is a disorder of the nervous system that leads to developmental reversals, especially in the areas of expressive language and hand use, and was being picked on for it by a 16 year old when shes 7, this rap tho was epic.​

I still don't understand what rett syndrome is though
