It's not just 1 account, it's multiple accounts that are extremely active and have a following.

No selfies, no nudes, no links.

Funny and relatable tweets will get you a better result.

No, links aren't allowed to be retweeted but feel free to post a link to whatever you want to advertise after you receive the RT's. The people that are RTing will more than likely check out your page.
