I don't usually sleep on both sides - left or right. I mostly sleep on prone position (lying face-down). I feel comfortable with it and its free from pressure. Though I don't sleep all throughout the night with the same position, I am not just aware on how often I shift my position either on the right or left.

well i am a female and i sleep on my left side more comfortably.on a scientific ground everybody should sleep on his/her left as it improves the blood circulation to all major organs of our body that are mostly on left side.

Well Sleeping Right Side feels me better but some times i do sleep the left side and you know scientifically sleeping right side will kept you away from heart diseases and this scientifically proved

i'm easily sleep,whether it left or right side. and i don't know when i sleep, i switch position how many time. but i usually found myself on the right side when wake up in the morning. and I'm male. is it ok?

as i know for men and women there different bloody circulation.

I sleep both sides it depends if where I feel comfortable. I even sleep flat with my right hand/arm under my back. But most of the time I sleep with my left side, then I read in some posts there that it is prone for the heart problem, which I agreed in some ways because our heart is on our left chest.

I never fall asleep facing the door, I don't care about left/right. When I sleep I get different position, I should put a camera to know better. Sleeping on the right side is the best choice because the heart is a bit on the left, so sleeping on the left should be less comfortable for it.

Well,im more comfortable sleeping at left side position. But i can also sleep at right side too. For me as long as i have blanket and a pillow to hug then my sleep will be good.

hmm well i sleep on right but it depends on the bed where am i sleeping if it my AC is on my left then i can sleep left side as well

For me, i can sleep either left or right, i thing scientific studies is true but only a few people feel it and no matter left or right they can sleep tightly.
