My ex did them and they messed with his health pretty bad, and he's the type of guy to eat perfectly and exercise. Literally the healthiest person I knew. Oh and FYI, even if it does just make your balls smaller, girls notice that shit, and it looks WEIRD MAN so I would say no hehe
