That's totally racist if you assert it's because of their ethnicity. It has nothing to do with their ethnicity, rather their upbringing and setting.

Being from Romania, isn't racist.
Romanian people don't have a race, it's all the same of other european countries.
Unless in Africa & China, there are race differences.
