Getting started:
First of all, you'll need some items or gold to start staking. You should have at least 1 milion coins, but you can start from lower amounts like 100k. Withdraw the amount that you want to stake, that you are willing to lose. If you have 1m, you can do 500k stakes or lower, and if you gain some money, yyou can do higher amounts.
Boxing stats:
Boxing is different from pking, you won't do very well with pures, best combat stats are balanced. Example:
Attack level: 75/99
Strength level: 75/99
Defence level: 80/99
Constitution: 70/99 [I don't remember how the constitution levels go.]
Remember, that in boxing, even if your opponent has only few defence levels more than you, it will help him alot.
Boxing rules:
The boxing rules are simple, no weapons, no armour, prayers, potions or drinks (if you want, no movement.) ALWAYS check the second staking window carefully, it should say:
You cannot move.
You cannot use Ranged attacks.
You cannot use Magic attacks.
You cannot use Special attacks.
You cannot use Drinks.
You cannot use Food.
You cannot use Prayer.
My method:
Start off from punch (Accurate), if it hits well, keep it, when it starts to hit 0s, switch to kick (Aggressive). Switch these two attack styles when other style hits 0 couple of times. If neither of them hit, go for block (Defensive). And then switch them as mentioned.
The "Rapid switch" method:
Okay, this is pretty simple, just after every hit, switch the attack style from punch to kick, from kick to block and from block to punch. I find this less effective, but you can try it if the previous method doesn't work.
Tips & Tricks:
1) Keep losses as low as possible, when you say that you're done, you're done. Don't continue if you are on a loss streak. Come back in few hours and try again.
2) Always check your opponents stats from hiscores, this will show you who you should stake, and who you shouldn't.
3) Keep xp calculator on, you can see if you hit, this will save you some time when changing the styles.
4) Bank your winnings, so you can't see your cash pile at your inventory, if you do, you'll want to stake it till you're cleaned. "I just want to win my lost money back."
