It has no 99's, other than cooking which is rather simple to get.

It isn't really close to maxed, and it isn't a pure. It has very low summoning, and no chaotics and very low dungeoneering.

Also I highly suggest hiding your IP and account name, unless you want to be traced with your IP and have the account your selling banned....
