The first account has done every other important quest except lunar diplomacy (no use to do it imo) and the one with 99 cooking has also done all the neccessary, except monkey madness and desert treasure. Don't know how much should be asking for them, so everything is up to you.

7,5m offered for that on powerbot might sell to gold4rs for $20 each 0.0 I'm surprised that they offered that much.
 
In any case you will have to either go first or use a middle man because you are not RG Elite and have no rep. So that's something to think about.
