Rule Announcements.

Considering I don't see this in the official rule page and it needs to be implemented and will be.  


Two new rules are in action as of now permanently. 

1. No advertising any other websites in your signature unless you and @Philly arranged it.

2. Proxy selling is 100% against the rules. What is proxy selling you might ask ?  You are not, allowed to sell any type of items in the marketplace for banned members. This is a no question asked rule and is a permanent suspension.  You have any questions or concerns take it up with @Philly

Advertising websites has always been disallowed unless Philly has said otherwise anyway hasn't it? Unless you own the website, then you can.
