Runescape account 20m+/ 2 99's / level 101

Well I decided to sell my Runescape account, move on, and buy a better game.
***I know I am new so I will go first if you are a trusted member.***

He has like 9 mill cash and like 13-14mill in items.
He is level 98 but 101 with summoning.
He has a very low farming level but enough seeds and equipment to get it up to a decent level.
It has done every F2P quest and most of the basic members quests including: monkey madness, Tree gnome village, Lost city, wolf whistle, The lost tribe, horror from the deep, heroes quest, cold war, dwarf cannon, animal magnetism, and many more!
It states that there should be a ban on there, but I posted on the forums and now I can use the account.
YES it is my account and it does have email access.

it is 2 easy 99's which are $10, then add up all of the other stats, and items for around $0.65 a mill.
