Hmm? Oh, no. Sorry. Haha, I just shortened Selling with S/ so I could attempt to display majority of it in the title. My mistake.

Predator. Would it be against the rules to sell memberships using someone else's phone? If you know what I mean. I can pretty much ensure no chargeback and if they do chargeback I could pay for the negative balance?

I suppose if you ensure that you'll be using this method for the purchase and that they're clear of the consequences, etc. that it would be accepted as an method for selling membership, to be honest, I'm not not too sure.

Summarised:
The Sellers Section only allows the sales of legal goods.

Seemingly as this is an legal good, I suppose this is alright.
I just couldn't find anywhere stating that using an somewhat illegal method wasn't allowed.

Anyway, probably something to consider asking staff.

I don't want to give out my method. It is illegal. But it's extremely hard for the person to notice and it's impossible to have any legal drama.

I would sell pins very cheap too. Because they do have a very small chance of getting charged back. Even if they did, I would pay for the charge back.
