S&T thread in group subforums

I think group leaders should have the option to make a thread that doesn't advance post count so we can actually just talk and not worry about bans, character evading, and boosting. This would also make it easier on staff.

EX. People in Squad have received bans for boosting.

It would have to be a section so they don't receive stats for it, and you'll probably have to pay for the section to be added. I think this would be a neat addition.

There have been many cases of stat boosting since I've been around, myself being involved in one.
