BackGround Information on BackGround Check?
A background check is a way to find information about someone that may not be readily available. Individuals choose to conduct background checks for many reasons. Background checks are conducted through third party individuals and are meant to provide a picture of an individual's character based on past actions and records.
Individuals some times also conduct background check for personal reasons. Some dating safety sites advise women to consider conducting a background check at the beginning of a relationship, or even before the first date. While some people feel that doing a background check for this reason may stem more from paranoia than practicality, others argue that it is better to know everything up front and protect yourself.
How would I BackGround Check someone?
This may be obvious but I would consider searching the seller/buyer username. Specifically searching in the Scam Report Section. I would also search all "PAST/Changed" usernames because you never know!
You can use google to background check members. You can use their MSN to search previous websites/forums they have been.

Check there past vouches! Every respected user should have their on vouch thread. Check their Vouch Thread and see if there is "any" information that you can use!
This is a "very" efficient method and you shouldn't be scared to PM a member you think is trustworthy and ask their opinion on the member. I think this would be a "very" effective method, especially if you are a "new" member!
Conclusion
Just because a member is clean from a BackGround check doesn't mean, they are not scammers. Any member can have a change at heart any time. I would be cautious with all sellers/dealers even staff! The Elite also stated that "ALL" staff members go into a deal as a "member" not a "staff member".
