Scam Reports?

Today, for the first time on RuneRev, someone tried to scam me. As I was looking for a place to present the proof, I couldn't find any. Here is the thread I am talking about: www.runerevolution.net/showthread.php?tid=335

There is proof at the end. So I would like to see a sections for scam reports. Thanks.
