I don't know how easy or hard this would be to make/code but here goes.

An in forum trading currency.

It would basically be a currency which people would buy from The Elite,

Something like 10$ is 1000 of the currency.

So on and so forth.

People would be able to "cash out" the currency, $0.01 = 1 currency.

Obviously The Elite would have to only accept payments off of Verified paypal accounts or else scammers would be active still.

Thoughts?

EDIT : The Elite would do this Manually.


Example :

Player A is selling 200m for equivalent of 100 dollars. This would equal 10000 "Rune Coins" For sake of a name.

Player B would send a PM to a Super mod/Management who would then add the "Rune coins" to 1 persons account, And remove them from the others.

Obviously, Proof would be needed such as Chat logs or PM's/video.

After the trade, Player A, who sold the GP, Is now 10000 "Rune coins" up. He PM's The Elite who will Convert the 10000 into $100.

The points would then be traded and then cashed out by each person, It's basically a security step, but it's just a thought.

Example :

Good Idea and bad idea in my opinion. Its up sides is that it is an extra security for players buying/selling rs good / paypal money transferring. The downside is that you have to put a lot of trust into TE, and on top of that he would have to be online constantly to do such things, otherwise this would be pointless. If TE (not saying this would happen!) decided to leave and not come back for a very long period of time and you had...say 10,000 "Rune gear" credits saved on here, then it means you can't use them. On top of that theres the simple chances of when the forums are updates (seeing they are updated frequentlyish) that i could bug and fuck up how many points you have.

Alert pay is too much hassle for people to set up when they want to buy something there and then. It is also hard for UK citizens.

Scammers only get 3 month ban too.
