Incase we get DDoS'd I think that is the term. We should allow a search limit and a pm limit. Uh, I will explain a little further like a 30 second wait between searches and Pms (lol pms:hehe

I think 40 seconds per post is a bit rough for the forum just starting out. Maybe 20 seconds. We shouldn't restrict a lot of things while we're just getting going.
