It's just a fact that any member that invests money into this site will leave, and then eventually come back. Usually what happens though, is the user signs on, looks around and sees the revolution of the site has changed (The gamertag section used to be this sites sun) and won't recognize any of their friends because of name changes, or they've too departed from the site.
I'm recommending a section solely based on current members being able to create a thread for a member they miss, so when that member returns they can see whos around still, and hopefully this will make the old members feel welcomed back, instead of a new set of users they have to learn and adapt to.
I know this will work because the first thing I did when I came back was search my username and see what members had asked about me.
