Securer Paypal Payments?

There is now an option where the person sending the payment can tick a box to say they have received he item, even if they are sending with family and friends. I think this might make payments harder to chargeback, on the other hand it could reduce scams by ticking the box after you have received the SM.

You go to payment details, see on classic site, and at the top there is an option.

Well I wish I could use paypal again haha R.I.P my paypal. Hopefully this does reduces chargebacks we'll see.
