I'm having problems. When using my VNC program it says it can't connect

Check IP, check port, ping IP, yell at VPS host.

Then what does this error message mean? (It's in terminal)

Error occurred during initialization of VM
Could not reserve enough space for object heap
Could not create the Java virtual machine.

Means you dont have enough memory to run it.

If your on the bronze plan you dont have enough memory to use rsbuddy or powerbot
