Hello, my name is Synn, and today (Or whatever day today is) I will be showing you how to social engineer Studio Beats by Dre. Before you start reading, if you are even slightly thinking about leaking this ebook, close it, delete it, and GTFO. thanks for your understanding.
HAHA YEA RIGHT, ITS LEAKED BABY, GET OFF MY TURF SKID!
By reading this guide, I’m assuming that you know the pros, and the cons of social engineering something of this high of a caliber.
First, thanks for buying; it really means a lot to me.
Let’s begin.
The headphones are here: http://beatsbydre.com/products/products.aspx?pid=b3808
The phone number we will be calling is: 877.800.8989
Take a look at them, and the colors available.
Get to know them, love them, breathe them... You need to feel as if they are right in front of you.
Our plea when calling up a rep is going to be based around having bought two headphones, and one is defunct.
We will then take this a step further, building upon the first idea, and state that the other headphones are for a loved one.
These can go two ways.
We can say that we purchased two, one for each of our children, and that one works.
When stating that we have bought two of them, this is where part of the anti-pid measure comes into play.
We will be EXTREMELY descriptive about the headphones.
For example, this is how i use the children scenario to get past PID's.
== Hi, my name is Ryan, I recently purchased two Studio beats by Dre for my children on their birthdays. A pair of [Black, blue, orange, yellow, whatever] for my son, and a pair [pink, blue, black, yellow, whatever] for my Daughter. My daughter is in band, so we had to rush her up to
The school once she had gotten her presents, so she didn't have a chance to try her headphones out. My son is ecstatic about his, and has been enjoying them all evening. Thankfully they have great no-leakiness, so i can't hear it [A laugh here for good measure ]
But my problem is that about 30 minutes ago my daughter gave me a call, and she is unable to get her head phones to work. She is fairly adept with electronics, so i know she’s not just missing something, so i had her Google some troubleshooting steps, she replaced the batteries, made sure nothing was broken, and they seem to be in perfect condition. So... i was wondering if I could get some help with these.
That's my example, feel free to use it, with the amount of copies that are being sold; it is very unlikely that this story will get saturated.
Another example of having two headphones and one not working is the just married couple.
==Hi, my name is Ryan, i recently purchased two pairs of Studio beats by Dre, one for my wife, and one for myself, for a marriage gift. [Talk about color here, as in the first example, but instead of son and daughter, yourself, and your wife] We are both very passionate music people. Well, right after we exchanged our gifts, and i revealed the Studio beats we had to rush her to the airport, so we didn’t get a chance to try them out at first. She just called me about 30 minutes ago right before takeoff, and she wasn’t able to get hers to work. She is quite adept with electronics, so she did a quick Google search and followed some of the troubleshooting steps that came with the headphones. She is still unable to get the headphones to work. So I was wondering if you would be able to help me with this.
Now, we need to take this a step further. We need to make it evident that we do not have access to the broken head phones; therefore we do not have access to a PID.
If at any point you are asked for the PID, stick to the fact that they are elsewhere, so you have no access to them.
To add to the SE, state at some point that they are good headphones, if you used the son/daughter story, your son’s headphones are amazing! If you used the wife/husband story, yours are sounding amazing.
The next bit will all be mainly auto pilot, the representative will most likely ask if you have tried different things, just say yes, or whatever is the *correct* answer.
Next you will be asked for your address, give it to them, you will be sent a box.
At this point, you will have to do the box method, if you don’t know what that it; I’ll go over it now.
The box method is getting a company to think that your item was stolen.
To do the box method, (In this case you received a shipping label in your email) get a box.
Tape the box shut, and put the shipping label a bit out of the way of the opening of the box. It needs to remain legible. Break into the box as if you are trying to steal whatever is inside. Now grab a weight of some sort, this can be a phonebook, rocks, etc. and stick them in the box. Now messily tape the box shut. Ship it out.
Wait 3 days, since the shipping is a two day label. If you haven't received a call from Monster (The people making the headphones) yet, call them and ask if you can check on the repair/replacement. They will do a little investigation and say that the box was empty. At this point, they will either issue you a replacement, or they won’t. If they don't...
FLIP THE FUCK OUT.
Badda Bing, Badda Boom, got your Studio Beats. Thanks for reading, don't leak, or I will find you. It would also kill the method. It's up to you.
HAHA, THIS GUY IS GREAT WITH HIS "ANTI LEAKING" STRATEGIES!
