Thats what I always try to do, but I always tell them to add me and they never do...and I add them and i never get a response...

Logged off of MSN after I gave him the money and set up a meeting place...

Will wait 30min before a scam report is filed and PayPal is contacted, cheers.

I know, nice guy, and has vouches... I don't see why he would scam me out of all people but he logged off of MSN and isn't on here anymore. Makes me suspicious.

I want to think he has a good reason for this but business is business :|

Well I PMed him here, and left him an offline message on MSN.

I'll abide by PayPal's rules and wait up to 2-3 days before I file a dispute. I'm giving him my trust here... I hope I'm wrong about him scamming me.

You can abide by PayPal rules but if this is a scam(maybe wait another hour), make a scam report on RuneGear.

If he happens to apologies about an error then you can take down your scam report editing it saying mistake ONCE he gives you the gold.

You don't want to be tired while you're putting together all the scam info, maybe set it up before hand?

Uploading images to website, writing sentences and saving in notepad etc.

There's nothing that can't be done with a phone call to PayPal. Even if I wrote that; I didn't receive my items.
