Wow! Sure am active in this section lately! Anyway, I bought two runescape membership cards(only have 1 now, gave one to a friend), fresh off the store shelves, unscratched and am looking to sell them for rsgp, 13m ea, price is quite frankly, non negotiable. Exactly what I was going to ask! They don't expire so Idk either. However, I think he just means to say that its new and he didn't have time to scratch off anything or w.e. Even still, he would have to take a pic to prove that...
