Believe me, when Philly scammed me, I called PayPal, and they said the only way I can get the money back is by asking for it back. But really, I understand you won't accept PayPal from me, which I understand. If you want we could get someone else that you have dealt with before and I pay the money to him and he pays it to you. I can't do anything after that.
