Selling BTC 1:1 OR LOWER taking paypal and moneypak READ

I have a private source of bitcoins that enabled me to get a lot, however the current value plummet has led me to be terrified to keep them. So, I will be selling them all. I want these gone FAST and BULK. Details:

Minimum purchase: 0.5 bitcoins
Maximum purchase (in paypal, no limit in moneypak): 5 bitcoins.

Payments accepted: Paypal (at least 500 rep and upgraded) or moneypak.

Price: 0.5-0.99 btc=3% rates
1 btc-2 btc=1:1 rates
<2btc=-5% rates (5% more btc)

I have a ton of bitcoins to exchange, I need this done FAST. I am not risking bitcoin tanking any lower. I will accept payment as either Goods/Services or Friends/Family doesn't matter to me. To prove the paypal belongs to you and is not highjacked, I will require 72 hour holding time on all payments. For those of you who may be thinking I am scamming, you should know that it is just as easy to win a chargeback after 3 days if you think I am scamming. I just want paypal as soon as possible. I have never once gone first selling a large amount of bitcoin, protocol is paypal going first. The general reasoning is that paypal is a guaranteed refund to your account, whereas bitcoin is gone forever. Of course, as site admin you may be different but that't not my busness. In general, the rule is paypal goes first. And this is from someone who has been doing currency exchanges offsite for months.

EDIT: on the other hand i wouldnt go first to OP
