I don't have BTC in stock, so I will be using my level 3 VirWox to do this service. 90% of the time it's instant. I never go first unless I tell you I have BTC in stock.

Rate: 15% (VirWox takes a big cut)
Minimum: $40

Try and match up with people, because VirWox takes a flat fee upon each withdrawal.
