Only a staff member can confirm if a seller has what he's selling, and if what he is selling follows the rules and guidelines.

What if We want to see the gold for our self for extra assurance
Not saying a Staff cannot confirm for every one else but People like me want to see it for our selfs

you cannot confirm it yourself if you cant trust the staff on his worth then i dont know who you could...
the reason they dont want others to see it to is there could be a douche who reports him for RWT and other stuff.

Not the staff thing but the report on RWT

Btw ive been scammed by Mods on runescape before
Ive been scammed by Staff on sites before
Not saying this sites staff scams but If im buying somthing I would like to be sure

But thats why we use MM well I always use them
But I did not read a rule saying we cannot so I have pm'd the staff about it to show me the rule of it I really want to see it

OP if you want to sell the $48 worth of gold to me we will be using a MM
And we will probably do it tomorrow if you are selling to me

Ok I've updated to .75 a mil because I'd really like to sell all the gold within the next few days. I guess people have also been giving me advice to get people to do certain things upon payment over paypal, but I'll discuss that to buyers once they're interested in buying.
